On this weeks menu…

I got so much done in the kitchen today!

Paleo Drunk Zoodle Casserole (my dinners)


Cheesy Bacon Ranch Casserole (Jason’s dinners)


Chocolate Flaxseed Muffins (snack/breakfast)


(I used a combination of almond and peanut butter and left out the coffee!)

Kombucha Gummies (because why not?)


(Next time I’ll leave out the stevia – it’s not necessary!)

Egg & Bacon Salad (my lunches)

Finding recipes that appeal to you will make healthy eating so much easier. Preparing meals that last a couple of days will also make it easier!

FYI that giant salad is just for one meal! I really love giant salads 🤷🏻‍♀️😂
